The task was to position Domy Klimatyczna as a unique, premium development that stands out from standard real estate offers. The brand needed a strong identity and engaging digital presence that would emphasize the connection between nature and modern lifestyle. The communication had to appeal to diverse audiences — those who value peace and greenery, and those looking for modern solutions and convenience.
Solution
We designed a dedicated website that makes exploring the investment intuitive, aesthetic, and inspiring. To bring the vision to life, we produced a 3D animated video showcasing the houses and their natural surroundings, as well as high-quality visualizations of interiors and landscapes. A complete visual identity was created, including logo and key visuals, giving the project a distinctive and premium character.
Alongside branding and design, we ran multi-channel campaigns: display and Google Ads, tailored graphics highlighting interiors, green areas, and the estate’s atmosphere, as well as holiday campaigns with custom voicebranding. We supported the sales process with newsletters, pop-ups, and email campaigns that communicated progress updates, special offers, and encouraged direct inquiries.
